Scheduling
Not too sure about the new banner system. I think it was easier to use but I think there are still problems with it. With the system shutting down this morning while I was scheduling I think shows that there are many problems. Also I wasn't allowed to schedule for a couple classes and I emailed my advisor and I was told that there was a "glitch" in the system. So now I have to go get written in for the class.

I agree with you! I like the fact that we can enter all of our classes in at once because it enters in so fast! However, I had some "glitches" as well. Motor Development and 352 came back with errors for me. My advisor overrode me and did some other things and I was able to schedule both of those classes around an hour after my scheduled time. I think in the future this system will be a lot easier. Just give it time to let them work out the glitches.
ReplyDeleteThe same thing happened to me. I think that if the system worked how it was supposed to then it would be much easier then the scheduling systems in the past. But I wasn't able to get into my classes because the system was down when it was my time to schedule. Not too happy with the new system.
